  • Presence in Solitude Box- This box is designed to deepen your connection to yourself and restore you back to wholeness. Inside you will find two activities that will help lead you back to yourself. We suggest setting aside approximately 3 hours from start to finish. 
  • Private use of the yoga room upstairs
