Mother & Daughter Retreat

The relationship between a mother and daughter is sacred. When we spend time nurturing the relationship we connect deeper, love deeper and appreciate deeper. This retreat will create space to nurture your relationship, showing your daughter how incredibly grateful you are for her love. She’ll return the favour with that beautiful smile you get when you share this incredible time together. Gift yourself the joy of being in her light.

Sharing space and making memories is the best way to connect! We’ll take care of the itinerary and all you need to do is show up with joy! Gift yourself and your child sacred time together. This retreat is best suited for daughters ages 8-18.

Itinerary

Friday

Check in anytime after 3pm
A box of delightful goodness will be waiting for you. Face masks, nail polish, essential oils, playing cards etc.
Around 5:30ish a snack board will be delivered to your room. This will include anything from veggies and hummus to sour keys and popcorn. We’ll make sure to get your favourites.
Stay in and enjoy time spent with your girl. The box will also include some questions for the two of you to explore together. I’ll contact you before the retreat and we can see what kind of vibe you are looking for.

Saturday

8:00am or 9:00am
- Seating for breakfast in the dining room
10:00am
- Let’s get crafty! Each mother/daughter will get a private space to create something together. Leave the creativity to us! All you need to do is follow the instructions and let your mind relax!
12:00pm or 1:00pm
- Lunch will be served
2:00pm
- Adventure Time
- We’ll send you on a delightful journey through Essex County that will give you an experience to remember.
- So fill up those gas tanks and put on some warm clothes who knows where you will adventure too.
5:00pm and onward
- Go enjoy at a restaurant or order take out and enjoy it back at the BNB, we can assist you with finding the right experience for how you are feeling that day.
- THe rest of the night is yours to enjoy the way YOU want too.
  - Movie perhaps? (you’ll need to bring your own device as there are no televisions in the rooms)
  - Board game, puzzle? (We’ve got a few to choose from)
  - Spa night?
  - Need help deciding we’ve got lots of ideas!
